Description
Artist notes:
Way deep in the rainforests of Maui, Hawaii is this hidden waterfall. Access to the falls is only by hiking for miles through forests of bamboo and swimming up stream for another couple hundred yards. At that point is another, smaller waterfall which must be climbed one hand over the other up the slippery lava rock walls. Finally, a treacherous stream bed has to be carefully traversed before the trail opens to this magnificent water fall. It’s a special place in the heart of the island and a place that is worth the effort to find. That being said, it’s location is safe with me. Sorry, gotta find your own paradise. This one’s mine!
