Red Rock Affair

The sky in Utah is so big. I’m pretty sure its in the bylaws somewhere that they don’t allow clouds within their borders. Every time I travel to Utah I’m treated with these vast open skies, making the desert formations look even more incredible.
On this morning, I was up at sunrise shooting these incredible rock formations with another crystal clear day ahead of me. As the sun started to rise up in the sky, I framed it in the nook of this massive archway to capture a dramatic scene. It looked like the sun was making love to the rocks, showering the red rock formations with a golden glow.
I always feel like I’m being blessed when I see such magnificent sights as this. Like God Himself is smiling down on me!
