Artist notes:
These three waterfalls are an iconic display of the grandeur that awaits in every nook and cranny along the road to Hana, Maui. On the day I shot this, the conditions were epic. I shot it just after sunrise before the light could tarnish the softness of the surrounding foliage. That coupled with the soft blue tones of the water in the morning light made the lighting perfect. I think this composition of the falls really plays into the strengths of the overall image.
